I was with state farm over a year ago switch to progressive and then switched back to state farm haven't been back with them but 2 months and my premium went up already when I called Shawn answer and got extremely upset because I was frustrated my payment went up the conversation turned confrontational Shawn is very upset because I am sure many people call in with complaints but to take it out on someone that apparently thought you wasn't so bad that is why I came back is beyond me I will look for another company because I see now how you treat your customers... I have only spoken to you a few times Shawn and each time wasn't bad but thank you for the professionalism..Then he had the nerve to have his employee call me back which I like him he has always been nice and answered any questions I had. Shawn if you don't like to work with customers get another job... Grow up that was immaturity at its finest!!! ... And thank you to the guy that called me back I appreciate your response and now I understand why my bill went up if you were the head Agent I would stay but Shawn and I will never communicate again I have requested another Agent!!! Oh how I wish Shawn was as professional as he was in his response to my review. Lol but you were not..!!!

Quite possibly the Worst Insurance Company out there. I don't know this agent personally but State Farm doesn't cover claims and if they don't cover legitimate claims why pay the premiums. Definitely would recommend Gibson Insurance out of Plymouth, IN. They are fair and helpful and when it comes time to cover a claim they actual cover the claims. Sorry Shawn to drop this on your site but you probably might want to work for a more reputable Insurer. Not the predatory kind that State Farm is. Have a great day all. Gibson insurance is very much still in business. As I said state farm is not a reputable underwriter. This has no bearing on Shawn as an agent but unless he's going to cover what state farm refuses you will be without any coverage in practice since they don't pay claims. Also unsurprising Shawn had to pay to suppress poor reviews. This happens when people pay for coverage and then state farm decides all claims. Imagine you had homeowners insurance with them and a storm damaged your roof. You would probably be upset when state farm denied that because they don't want to pay. This might lead you to post a negative review. Good luck if you go with state farm. Just trying to let folks know before to late.

Shawn is great. He responds fast, is always transparent with you, and will go out of his way to find you better rates/savings. Super helpful and polite staff, too. Couldn’t recommend them more.
